Ingredients:
1 lb lean hamburger
1 cup diced onion
1 cup Celery (more if you like)
Slightly less than 3/4 cup Minute rice
(1) 10 3/4 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup soy sauce or Tamari
1 1/2 soup cans of water
Grated Parmesan cheese
In a skillet, brown the meat and onions. Add the celery and continue cooking until slightly softened.
Next, add the rice, soup and soy sauce and simmer on the stove top for a few minutes to combine everything.
Pour everything into an 8×8 oven-safe casserole dish and top with enough grated Parmesan cheese to lightly cover the top of the whole dish.
Bake the casserole in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until the top turns a golden brown.
Serve over Chow Mein noodles or just plain if you like.
